| 摘 要： | 随着生态意识的普及和可持续发展观念的深入人心,住宅的品质在人们选择购买的意向中逐渐占到了重要位置,购买“面积不大功能全,造价不高环境美”的住宅已成为现代人们追求的目标。本文从可持续发展的角度论述了住宅建筑空间的组织设计,给建筑设计工作者也提出了新的课题和研究方向。

| Abstract: | As ecological consciousness and the sustainable development idea struck root in the hearts of the people,the housing quality has become the major concern.The houses not big,but with entire functions,not expensive but with beautiful environment have become the goal which modern people pursue.This article elaborated residential building space organization and design from the perspective of sustainable development and also proposed the new task and research direction for housing designers. |
