| 摘 要： | 职业技术教育作为现代教育体系的一个重要组成部分，和普通教育一样担负着为我国经济和社会发展培养后备人才的职责。长期以来，由于人们对职业技术教育的本质及作用认识不到位，阻碍了职业技术教育的健康发展。面对新的形势和需求，正确认识职业技术教育的本质和作用，保持职业技术教育的可持续发展，这是一个值得深入探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | As an important part of modern education system, the education of vocation and technology, similar to average education, plays a role of bringing up mothball persons with ability for economic and social development of our nation. However, the educational development of vacation and technology is blocked because the people do not understand accurately the essence and function of vocational and technical education for a long time. Facing with new surroundings and demands, understanding accurately the essence and challenge, keeping sustainable development of vocational and technical education are an issue worthy of discussed thoroughly. |
