场域论视域下我国体医融合的实然困境与应然进路

体医融合是健康中国战略实施的关键技术,为加快推进我国体医融合,促进全民科学健身与全民健康深度融合,基于布迪厄场域论,以“场域—资本—惯习”三要素为逻辑主线,对我国体医融合的实然困境与应然进路进行分析。体医融合实然困境包括：体育与医疗的结构差异、关系孱弱与体医融合的生成障碍,形成体医融合的场域壁垒;医疗部门经济资本受损、体疗制度资本乏力、复合型人力资本匮乏造成体医融合资本制约;传统医疗文化及医疗技术依赖,固化体医融合惯习。提出构建大健康网络, 打破体医融合场域壁垒;改革经济资本走向、完善制度资本、加强复合型人力资本培养,优化体医融合资本;消除体医融合惯习误识、摈除医疗技术依赖惯习的应然进路。

The Realistic Dilemma and Ideal Path of Sports and Medicine Integration in China from the Perspective of Field Theory

China"s public health services focused on the traditional medical intervention, non-medical intervention was weak. It was great significance for sports and medical integration to serve people"s health, but the structural differences between sports and medical, the weak relationship and the generative obstacles constitute the field barriers of sports and medical integration. According to the study, the dilemma of sports and medical integration was manifested in traditional medical cultural habits, the economic capital suffered of medical sector, lack of capital in physical therapy system, medical technology dependence habits and lack of compound talent capital. In order to eliminate the field barriers and make the integration of sports and medicine serve the people"s health together, this paper analyzed the cooperation consensus mechanism, Department linkage mechanism, policy guarantee mechanism, technology exchange mechanism and the practice mechanism of sports medical talents integration education. On this basis, this paper put forward to eliminate the misunderstanding of habits and build the identity of ideas; break the barriers of convergence, build a big health network; improve the system capital and confirm the field position of physical therapy; eliminate the habit of relying on medical technology to promote the development of the subjectivity of physical therapy technology; Strengthen the cultivation of compound talent capital to expand the development of sports medicine integration.
