中超足球俱乐部高薪引进外籍球员研究

摘要：外籍球员的引进管理既是一个职业足球俱乐部工作的重要组成部分，同时也是衡量一个职业足球俱乐部发展水平的重要标尺。中超俱乐部高薪引进外援在业界存有国内球员的生存之忧以及中国足球发展的利弊之辩等的不同声音。基于此，主要运用文献资料等研究方法，对中超足球俱乐部高薪引进外援现象进行了研究。在概述近年来中超俱乐部高薪引进外援基本特征的基础上，对中超俱乐部外援引进的利弊进行了深入剖析，指出高薪引进外援是世界职业足球发展规律的必然要求，可促进中超足球联赛赛事品牌的推广以及我国职业足球运动的可持续发展。认为当前中超俱乐部高薪引进外援存在着球员溢价情况严重、转会市场经验不足以及俱乐部建设规划不善等主要问题，提出加强国际交流，洞悉国际球员转会市场规律与方法、促进我国职业足球经纪人建设、优化俱乐部的内涵式建设与发展等若干建议。

Research on CSL Club Introducing Foreign Players with High Salary

Abstract: The introduction and management of foreign players is not only an important part of the work of a professional football club, but also an important measure for measuring the development level of a professional football club. The Chinese Super League (CSL) club has paid high salaries to introduce foreign players, and there are still different voices about the survival of the domestic players as well as the pros and cons of the Chinese football development. Based on these, this study analyzes the phenomenon of introducing foreign players into CSL clubs by literature review and other research methods. This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the high salary introduction of foreign players in CSL clubs in recent years, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages, and points out that the high salary for foreign players is the inevitable requirement of the development law of the world professional football, which can promote the promotion of the brand of CSL matches and the sustainable development of the professional football in China. This study holds that the high paid for foreign players in CSL clubs has some major problems, such as the serious premium of players, the lack of experience in the transfer market, and the poor planning of the club construction. The study provides some suggestions on strengthening international exchange, understanding the rules and methods of international players'' transfer market, promoting the construction of professional football brokers in China, optimizing the connotation construction and development of the club.
