摘    要:目的:分析探讨一次大负荷专项训练对不同运动水平男子散打运动员氧化应激的影响。方法:用生化测定方法检测受试者一次大负荷专项训练前后游离血红蛋白和丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶含量的变化。结果:大负荷散打专项训练可引起血液氧化应激水平的提高,同时导致大量红细胞破裂、溶血,这可能是造成运动性红细胞损伤、运动性疲劳及溶血性贫血的重要机理。优秀散打运动员比一般散打运动员过氧化与抗氧化系统功能更强,认为运动性氧化应激可能是机体的一种适应性机制。

Abstract:Purpose: The study is to observe the influence of intensive and specialized training on oxidation respond of different level men Sanda players. Methods: Adopting biochemistry method to detect the change of f-Hb, MDA, SOD after a intensive and specialized training. Result: Intensive and specialized training can improve the level of oxidative reacting and cause a great deal of RBC hemolysis. It maybe the important mechanism of inducing motility damage of RBC, fatigue and hemolytic anemic. The function of oxidative and anti-oxidative system of excellent Sanda players is better than that of common Sanda players, which suggest that motility oxidation respond is a kind of adaptability mechanism.
