体育产业高质量发展的支撑体系与策略探讨

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，解读体育产业高质量发展的内涵，阐述体育产业高质量发展支撑体系的必然性，构建体育产业高质量发展支撑体系，并进行相关策略探讨。研究表明，体育产业高质量发展需要现代化产业体系的支撑，现代化产业体系的优化与修正又需要高质量发展的目标引领。以人民为中心与建设体育强国的战略引导要求支撑体系的整体性；政策红利频发，消费需求升级的外部动力强化支撑体系的开放性；调整产业结构，创新驱动发展的内在诉求依托支撑体系的创新性。应以基础体系、保障体系、技术体系为着力点构建体育产业高质量发展的支撑体系，具体包括产业核心体系、现代市场体系、战略规划体系、区域协调体系、创新驱动体系、技术要素体系。通过夯实基础体系的业态核心作用、落实保障体系的资源共享作用、发挥技术体系的创新驱动作用，完善体育产业高质量发展的支撑体系，助力体育强国建设。

Discussion on Supporting System and Strategy of High Quality Development of Sports Industry

Adopting literature and logical analysis, this paper expatiated on the connotation of high-quality development of the sports industry and the inevitability of a high-quality development support system for the sports industry so as to construct a high-quality development support system and relevant strategies. It was shown that the high-quality development of the sports industry needed the supports of the modernized industrial system, and the optimization and revision of the modernized industrial system needs to be led by the goal of high-quality development. The strategic guidance of putting the people at the centre and building a leading sporting nation required the holistic nature of the support system; the external impetus of upgrading consumer demand with frequent policy dividends strengthening the openness of the support system, the internal demand of adjusting the industrial structure and innovation-driven development relying on the innovation of the support system. The support system for the high-quality development of the sports industry should be built with the focus on the basic system, the guarantee system and the technical system, specifically including the industrial core system, the modern market system, the strategic planning system, the regional coordination system, the innovation-driven system and the technical element system. By consolidating the core role of the industry in the foundation system, implementing the role of resource sharing in the guarantee system and playing the role of innovation drive in the technology system, the support system for the high-quality development of sports industry should be improved to help the construction of a leading sporting nation.
