| 摘 要： | 高校办学规模的急速扩大，势必带来严峻的就业形势。针对山东体院目前面临的就业形势。提出从专业调整、建立人才培养机制、转变观念、建立责任制、加强就业指导和信息服务、自主创业等方面着手，提高体育人才培养质量，畅通就业渠道，提高毕业生就业率。

| Abstract: | The rapid enlargement of university scale certainly brings a severe employment situation.Aiming at this severe employment situation at present,it put forward some measures to adjust speciality,set up talent's training mechanism,change idea,set up a responsibility system,strengthen career guidance and information sevice,self-employment,etc.,so as to improve personnel training quality,unobstruct the employment channel and increase their employment rate. |
