| 摘 要： | 技术的进一步丰富是今后散打运动发展的趋势，也是其可持续发展的动力源泉。丰富散打技术并不是一味无限制地增加内容，而应遵循实用、难度、特色的原则，有选择地挖掘、继承、发展中华武术中的一些独特技法，并适当借鉴吸收世界其他搏击术中的优秀技术，从而使散打运动的技术水平不断提高，使散打比赛更加精彩激烈，更具观赏性和吸引力。

| Abstract: | The further enrichment of skills is a trend of the development of Sanda(free combat)in the future and it is also the source of the sustained and developmental motive force.The enrichment of Sanda skills is not to increase the contents unconditionally.However,it should excavate,succeed and develop some unique skills of Chinese Wushu,and use and introduce the excellent skills from other countries,so as to improve the skill level of Sanda and make is more highlight and attactive. |
