| 摘 要： | 在伦理学视域下,高校师生冲突关系实为大学教师与大学生这两个角色之间的客观存在的固有关系,既具有正面功能,也具有反面作用,欲强化其正面功能,亟需合理应对,其根本原则当"以人为本",其核心目标是基于社会主义社会合格建设者和接班人的培养需求,正视差异,和谐互动,引人求知求真求善,其重要路径选择是师生意识纠偏及德行修养。

| Abstract: | Conflict between teachers and students in higher education institutions are inherent from the perspective of ethics;the conflict not only has its positive influence but also negative impact.Reasonable measures shall be taken to enhance its positive effect.The basic principle that shall be observed is "people-oriented",and the core target is the cultivation demand for socialism builders and inheritors,by accommodating differences,interacting in a harmonious way and guiding people towards truth and virtue.An important alternative is to help teachers and students to correct their ideology and cultivate their morality. |
