| 摘 要： | 从历史发展的角度分析地球与人类之间的关系，指出地球是人类发展的母体，人类是地球的一分子．地球对人类活动有反作用力，人类必须赋予地球受保护、被尊重、环境被改善和可持续发展等权利，且这些权利必须受全人类法律和道德维系。

| Abstract: | From the angle of the development of history,the paper here analyses the relationshipBetween the earth and man,pointing out that the earth is the mother body for man's development, man is only of themolecules of theearth. The make it develop continously.Man has to vest the earth with the rights, which must be maintained byman's laws and morals. The Paper hereexpects that it can arouse people's environmental consciousness. |
