高校优秀教师课堂教学特征的实证研究

摘    要:文章采用问卷调查方法对高校优秀教师的课堂教学特征进行了研究,揭示出教师与学生对优秀教师课堂教学特征的评价,并提出了加强教师课堂教学内容、能力和态度的考核,提高教师的课堂教学水平;进一步实施互动教学的考评,激发学生学习主动性;关注差异,全面提高优秀教师课堂教学质量的对策建议。

Abstract:This paper uses the scientific social method to research the teaching characters of excellent for college teachers in classroom and discloses the differences of the teachers and students and their interaction about the excellent teaching characters of college teachers in classroom.Based on the results,this paper gives the three related suggestions: strengthen the evaluation about the teaching content,teaching ability and the teaching attitude to improve the classroom teaching level;promote the students' studying activity based on the interaction teaching evaluation;pay attention to the differences to improve the teaching quality for the excellent teaching in all.
