| 摘 要： | 随着体育运动的商业化和全球化的发展，体育争端越来越多，体育仲裁逐渐成为一种解决体育争端的主要方式。文章通过文献资料法和专家访谈法对我国体育仲裁与《仲裁法》中的一般仲裁进行了系统分析比较，试图结合法律精神与体育特性，对《体育法》有关体育仲裁规定进行研究，以期统一认识，尽快建立公正高效的体育仲裁机制。

| Abstract: | With the commercialization and globalizing of sports activity, sports dispute is getting more and more. Sports Arbitration becomes a main means of solving the dispute. By using the methods of documentation and experts＇ interview, this paper analyses the sports arbitration and general arbitration in ＂arbitrate law ＂. Attempting to combine legal spirit and the sports characteristic, sports arbitration of ＂sports law ＂ carry on research, in the hope of anifying the tmderstanding fair and high - efficient sports system of sports arbitration as soon as possible. |
