| 摘 要： | 文章从农村幼儿教师数学培训状况的调查分析入手，提出了农村幼儿教师数学培训教材编写的理论与事实依据，教材开发应贴近幼儿园实际，内容应贴近中、高等教师教育，应注重乡土资源，应便于学员选学与自学，教材编写要以人为本、促进教师的发展。

| Abstract: | Starting with the analysis of the situation of preschool teachers＇ math training in countryside, this paper puts forward the theory and fact of teaching material compilation. The content should be put close to middle and higher teachers education, and pay more attention to local resource , which is convenient for students＇ self-study and elective courses. The compilation of material should depend on the strategy of people-oriented and promotion of teachers＇ development. |
