根据鼠笼式搅拌磨机的结构特点及工作原理,通过实验分析影响该磨机粉碎效果的主要因素,找出磨机的最佳粉磨技术参数.实验结果表明,鼠笼式搅拌磨机设计合理,可用于超细水泥的加工,能获得平均粒度为6.30 μm的超细水泥.

高压变频器在球团高压辊磨机中的应用

Curriculum and the idea of a cosmopolitan inheritance

The ancient idea of cosmopolitanism is a topic of renewed interest today. Scholars and practitioners in many fields are examining what it means to conceive all human beings as linked by their membership in a shared cosmos. Some people focus on political cosmopolitanism, others on moral, cultural, or economic cosmopolitanism. This paper examines educational cosmopolitanism by elucidating the idea of curriculum as a cosmopolitan inheritance. It argues that curriculum can generate a cosmopolitan sensibility, by which one means an outlook that regards life experience as universally educational. It suggests that a cosmopolitan sensibility can assist people in working through some of the tensions that accompany global and local change in our time. It can position them to reconstruct creatively cultural and individual values rather than abandon them in the face of the ceaseless pressure of globalization. A cosmopolitan sensibility edifies human beings by helping them perceive why all persons, in principle, can be creative guardians and practitioners of creativity itself.

论述了特殊教育学校对学生开展信息化教学的意义,分析了利用网络化教育能提升学生的学习兴趣并增强其学习效果。指出这种教育对学生易引发注意力,快速激发学习动机,对教师可提供个别化教学的功能和资源。同时也指出特殊教育信息化还有很长路要走。     

Promoting Better Classroom Thinking

It is sometimes assumed that the promotion of classroom thinking is wholly the responsibility of the teacher. In this paper, it is contended that while the teacher has an important role in this regard, consideration must be given to the function of curriculum materials, as well as to the development of communal awareness among the students. A text that portrays students engaged in reasoning and whose deliberations follow the paradigm of the inquiry process can be an invaluable modelling instrument. It can also provide a protocol that shows students how young people in a community of inquiry might behave. The experience cited here has to do with elementary school philosophy interventions. It is argued that such interventions, when properly guided, can impressively stimulate the growth of critical and creative thinking.     

The Shaffer–Gee perspective: Can epistemic games serve education?

This paper addresses the issue of how games can reshape education by describing current educational practices. It argues that there are conservative camps that emphasize structure and development of basic literacy and numeracy skills in education as well as liberal camps that emphasize immersion, and notices that both camps fail to train students able to address the crisis of innovation. A post-progressive pedagogy that integrates both structure and immersion to address this innovation crisis is described in the paper. It is also emphasized that epistemic games can serve as excellent tools at the hand of this post-progressive pedagogy.     

‘He’s from Ghana!’ Exploring the Social and Cultural Complexities of the English Classroom

This essay focuses on my experience studying Stephen Kelman’s Pigeon English with Year 9 and the complexities of that particular classroom. It seeks to look beyond the labels that are often imposed on students and to show the importance of examining the particular individuals, both as learners and as people with their own lives outside school. It considers text choice and illustrates how pupils’ cultural and historical backgrounds can play a key role in the social nature of the classroom. It also shows how significant class discussions can be in the development of ideas about literature. The essay then goes on to look at ability judgements and how these can affect learning, considering the value of setting versus mixed-ability grouping.

Adult education and the empowerment of civil society: the case of trade unions in Botswana

The paper examines the potential role of adult education in the empowerment of civil society in Botswana. It shows that adult education can be instrumental in the empowerment of trade unions as organs of civil society in a liberal democracy. It argues that the country's democratic tradition can be sustained by a strong civil society. The paper traces the history of trade unions in Botswana showing that the state has mostly weakened them through legislation. It is contended that individuals participate in trade unions as their mouthpiece when they are in trouble with capital. Most trade union members reported not being aware of adult education activities in Botswana. The paper explores some of the weaknesses of the unions and suggests how adult education provision from adult basic education to adult and continuing education at the university could help to redress the workers' problems. It concludes by mapping out some practical ways in which adult education could empower the unions in Botswana as it has done elsewhere.
