篮球教练员认知风格与决策心理压力

采用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法对篮球教练员的认知风格及决策心理压力进行研究。研究表明:篮球教练员在决策过程中会产生心理障碍和心理压力;在决策认知过程中会产生场依存—场独立认知方式、扫描—聚焦的认知方式、两可不容忍性认知方式、认知的复杂性与简单性的认知风格等4种认知风格。并提出一些重塑认知风格和调节心理压力的方法。

Basketball Coach Cognitive Style and Mental Pressure in Decission-making Process

This article adopts the method of literature review,logical analysis to study cognitive style of basketball coaches and the mental pressure in making policies.The results indicated: the basketball coach may produce the block and mental pressure in decision making process;he may produce four kinds of cognitive style such as the cognitive style of depending on or being independent from the circumstances,scanning-focusing way of cognition,intolerance for both sides,complexity and simplicity focusing on the cognitive process in making policy.We present some methods in moulding cognitive style and adjusting mental pressure.
