| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,以2006年山东省“学校杯”中学生健美操比赛的运动员和教练员为研究对象,对其基本情况及与训练相关的因素进行了调查分析,就如何提高运动员和教练员的比赛和训练水平提出可行性建议。

| Abstract: | Through literature study,expert interview,questionnaires and statistics,the paper analyzes the basic information and training related to the middle school aerobics players and the coaches in the School Cup Aerobics Competition held in Shandong province in 2006 and proposes suggestions to improve the achievements of the players and the training methods of the coaches. |
