太极拳对跆拳道运动员非智力因素影响的实验研究

跆拳道运动因其独有的项目特点,要求运动员具有良好的心理品质。实践证明,运动员仅靠超大负荷的体能和技战术能力训练,要在竞技中获胜相当困难。以文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法为研究方法进行分析得知,太极拳对于跆拳道运动员改善非智力因素具有良性影响。     

太极拳运动员个性心理特征初探

通过对专业太极拳运动员和非专业太极拳运动员16项个性心理特征的测试和综合分析后认为:优秀太极拳运动员的个性心理特征主要表现为乐群性、稳定性、敏感性、有恒性和自制性.了解这些特征不仅对于提高太极拳运动员的训练和比赛的技术水平尤为重要,而且对于选拔优秀的运动员也很重要.     

我国优秀太极拳运动员最大有氧能力及个体通气阈的研究

递增运动负荷中高水平太极拳运动员的心脏泵血功能,通气功能,摄氧功能较强,尤其是利用氧的能力较强,达到优秀耐力项目运动员的水平。赛后血乳酸恰在无氧阈水平上下,平均心率（陈式１７５．５次／ｍｉｎ,４２式１６７．１次／ｍｉｎ,杨式１５５．１次／ｍｉｎ）属有氧代谢的中等强度运动,男、女队员的血红蛋白普遍较高。认为缓慢圆活的太极拳运动能获得如此好的心肺功能反应与太极拳演练时注意拳式呼吸和运动训练强度恰在无氧阈水平及其“意气运动”的特点有关,根据太极拳运动员的氧利用率高,推测太极拳运动,对骨骼肌细胞的内呼吸等起到了良好的作用,今后还需加强对外周机制的研究。     

武术太极拳自选竞赛套路高难度323B+3动作的生物力学研究

主要运用运动生物力学三维影像解析法,对十运会女子太极拳决赛(自选套路)的前6名优秀运动员高难度323B+3进行定量分析与讨论。研究发现,武术竞赛规则中对太极拳旋风脚转体单脚落地动作转体度数的确定方法及连接难度的分值设置欠合理。     

练习不同流派太极拳时的肌电变化

通过测定运动员练习太极拳时的肌电变化，分析太极拳运动员的运动负荷，以及不同流派太极拳的肌电图特点。     

太极拳锻炼对大学生身心保健作用的研究

通过对102名在校大学生有系统地进行一年太极拳锻炼。在锻炼前后进行生理、心理功能指标的测试，探讨了太极拳运动对人体的中枢神经系统、心血管系统及自我感觉症状的影响。说明了太极拳运动不但适用于中老年人的健康，对促进青年人的身心健康、防病治病，也是一项很好的运动项目。     

血乳酸指标与武术套路运动员竞技能力的关系

武术套路运动是中华民族的传统体育项目。武术运动员的机能水平的高低对完成套路的质量和能否取得好成绩是至关重要的。采用文献资料法对武术套路运动员（太极拳除外）的机能代谢方式、血乳酸与竞技能力的关系以及血乳酸指标对武术运动员训练的指导意义进行了综述，更好地为武术竞技比赛提供参考。     

退役老年运动员体育锻炼医务监督的实验研究

通过对退役老年运动员选择适宜运动项目及控制适宜运动量进行了实验 ,结论显示 :持续的散步、慢跑、太极拳和静气功锻炼可防止高血压、心脏病 ,尤其以静气功效果最为明显 ;健康退役老年运动员适宜运动量的最高心率年年龄的关系为R =1 85 -Y(次 /分 ) ,或R =( 1 85 -R0 )×定量常数 +R0 。

新规则下太极拳推手技术的运用特点及发展趋势

摘要：为探索实施新规则对太极拳推手技术运用特点和发展趋势的影响。采用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法,对第一、二届全国武术运动大会太极拳推手比赛男子冠亚军决赛及2015年第八届焦作?国际太极拳交流大赛比赛各个级别前8强运动员的技术运用情况进行统计。结果显示：新规则对太极拳推手的竞赛方法、裁判职责、评分办法、场地及服装等方面进行了修改,其指导思想体了现太极拳推手项目特色,增加了太极拳技法的运用。新规则对技术的主要变动是:第一,将活步改为定步推手;进攻时在盘手状态下进行;严格执行搂抱处罚、取消优势获胜。第二,鼓励使用技术动作,使用规定动作可累计加分。新规则对太极拳推手技术的影响：太极拳推手技法更加丰富,技术风格突出,项目特色鲜明。太极拳推手技术的发展趋势是:在对太极拳“核心”技术回归的前提下,注重太极拳盘手中“听”劲的提高、组合劲力的主动进攻以及“化发劲”转换能力的防守反击。
