体育经济含义刍议

<正> 近几年来,特别是北京举办第十一届亚运会以来,“体育经济”一词广为流传。理论界研究“体育经济”,新闻界宣传“体育经济”,实际工作研究“体育经济”。然而,人们对“体育经济”含义的理解却往往不尽相同,有时造成不少误解,以致影响实际工作,因此,有必要对它作一番剖析。由于“经济”是一个多义词,因而“体育经济”也就有多种含义,需要分别加以论述。     

创意产业与体育产业发展合作理论研究综评

创意产业是知识经济时代的产物，是以文化创意为核心的新的经济形态。采用文献资料法对创意产业理论及与体育产业合作理论已有的研究进行了梳理，可知目前研究主要集中在创意产业界定、体育创意城市、体育创意产业园、体育创意企业等方面。分析认为体育作为一种文化，体育产品无不渗透着体育文化元素，这和创意产业核心因素十分契合，如何把创意产业理论尤其是创意产业园和创意企业理论应用于体育产业发展将是体育理论界关注的和研究的重点。     

参与体育与人的道德发展

“体育与人道德发展关系”已日益成为国际体育理论界研究的热点问题。介绍了国内外对该课题研究的进展。建议国内体育理论界应对“体育与人道德发展关系”研究引起足够重视，开展我国化背景下的类似研究。     

从人与社会之间的关系对体育本质的探讨

体育的本质及概念是我国体育理论界长期讨论的一个极为复杂的基础理论研究课题，通过简要回顾体育理论界讨论这一问题的经过，分析了这一问题产生分歧的根源。研究认为：体育对个体的成长发展来说是一种手段，而个体身体的成长和发展则是体育的一种目的，对社会来说，社会的发展和进步对体育来说同样是一种目的。体育概念属于关系概念，体育是以发展人的社会性为最终目的的身体活动。     

对体育产业内涵与外延的认识

国内理论界对体育产业的内涵、外延作“宽“、“泛“的界定,既不符合产业经济学的基本原理,也不利于体育产业化实践的发展.从产业经济学的角度讲,体育产业是同类体育产品生产企业的总和,而这种同类的体育产品只能表现为体育劳务.     

日本关于“体育”与“运动竞技”两概念的研究现状

什么是体育(Physical Edncation),什么是运动竞技(Sport),两概念之间的关系如何,这些问题都是体育理论领域里必答不可的基本问题。长期以来,日本体育理论界很重视对这些问题的研究,并在围绕这些问题进行探讨的过程中出现了不少各种各样的观点。无疑,这些观点对于弄清体育与运动竞技这两个概念的本质含义和提高体育理论水平是非常有益的。本文旨在通过介绍日本对“体育”与“运动竞技”两概念研究的现状、增进我国体育理论界对日本体育理论界在这一研究上的进一步了解和学术交流。     

我国体育消费研究综述

体育消费作为当今的热门话题之一,理论界近几年来对此进行了大量的理论和实证研究.本文运用文献研究法概述近10年来我国体育消费研究中的几个问题,包括体育消费概念的界定及分类、体育消费结构水平的研究情况、体育消费在国民经济发展中的作用以及我国高校体育消费等内容,并对上述研究的基本特征加以总结,以供研究者参考和借鉴.     

开展东西方文化对体育影响的比较研究

《体育与科学》杂志开展体育运动的文化学研究的讨论,这是我们体育理论界的一个喜讯。正如卢元镇同志在他的《体育运动的文化学断想》(《体育与科学》第五期)一文所指出,如果在当前引起全国关心的方兴未艾的文化研究中,我们体育理论界保持沉默的话,“这可能再次造成体育理论与其它社会科学理论发展的不平衡。”尤其在开放政策的条件下,我国体育事业要面向现代化、面向世     

近年来我国体育慈善研究述评

近年来,体育慈善研究成为理论界的热点。理论界对体育慈善的内涵、意义、存在问题、对策的研究虽存在诸多问题,但研究日益成熟,概念渐趋明了,作用认识逐步深入,问题研究越来越透彻,对策越来越科学合理等。     

对国外体育俱乐部体制的研究

欧洲是国外体育比较发达的地区,而我国体育理论界对欧洲的体育俱乐部体制的研究严重缺乏,本文利用文献资料、专家访问等方法,对欧洲体育俱乐部体制的发展历史、特征、类型和在欧洲体育俱乐部体制中的地位以及在目前发展过程中存在的问题进行了研究,希望对正在进行的我国体育俱乐部的改革与制度创新有一定的借鉴作用。     

我国体育改革与发展的创新保障

特殊历史条件下形成的体育理论已经不适应我国现代体育发展,需要进行理论、体制和文化的创新.体育理论的创新可为体育改革与发展扫清理论障碍;而通过制度创新可以为体育进一步发展"减负"与"护航"提供外在条件;文化创新通过古今中外体育文化的选择与融通,可以为我国体育改革与发展提供持续动力.     

关于竞技体育学与运动训练学理论认识问题的思考

竞技体育学理论和运动训练学理论不是一个层次的理论问题，传统竞技体育学理论涵盖了运动员选材学、运动训练学、运动竞赛学以及竞技体育管理学等4个子学科；从竞技体育学理论体系结构的完整性和运动选材学科发展的需要，有必要把“运动员选材学”发展成为“运动选材学”；并提出了新的竞技体育理论体系构成的有序结构，使竞技体育专项系统层的目标、任务更加明确，为运动训练各个阶段训练工作的具体操作确定明确的方向。     

“以考促练”体育教学模式可行性探讨

在促进学生参加体育锻炼、培养学生体育兴趣、进而增强体育知识、养成体育锻炼习惯,最终树立健康第一的体育思想的过程中,体育考核发挥着十分重要的作用。文章运用文献资料法,深入探讨了以考促练体育教学模式在学校体育教学中所发挥的重要作用,以及在学校体育教学中运用的可行性。本研究旨在为学校体育教育教学改革提供一些有益的理论参考,从而促进学校体育的进一步发展。     

我国建立民间性体育仲裁的制度困境

体育仲裁是我国<体育法>等体育法规确定的解决体育纠纷的基本方式,民间性是体育仲裁的基本属性.作为仲裁制度和体育制度的有机组成部分,体育仲裁制度的建立和完善需要从这两个制度获得理论和技术支撑,这两个制度本身的缺陷与失调会成为建它体育仲裁制度的障碍.民商事仲裁与行政仲裁的划分及不同立法模式,仲裁法实施中的行政化倾向以及现行行政主导型的竞技体育管理体制,均为民间性体育仲裁制度的建立设置了诸多障碍.体育仲裁制度的建立和实施需要这些基础制度的修改和完善.     

The Birth of the Sports Press in Spain Within the Regenerationist Context of the Late Nineteenth Century

This study tackles the birth and development of the sports press in Spain from 1865 to 1899, linked to the need of a bourgeois society to emulate the English lifestyle, characterised by the sports craze. The sports press in Spain fitted extremely well in the late nineteenth century, encouraged by the Regenerationist movement. This is clear by the growth in number of sports publications, by the promotion of physical culture by Regenerationism and by the use of such publications to spread Regenerationism's approach to sport. Both primary and secondary sources were used in the research process. With regard to primary sources, archives containing specific documentation on the origins and early years of the sports press in Spain were examined. A total of 85 sports publications were counted in 18 different towns, but mostly concentrated in Madrid (28) and Barcelona (24). The most widely represented sports in these were cycling (25) and hunting (18). Among those publications that were not specific to one sport, 13 titles included the English-language term ‘sport’, and only two incorporated the newly coined Spanish word, ‘deporte’. Los Deportes (1897–1910) is the most important publication of this period and the foundation stone of modern sports journalism in Spain.     

Historical Dictionary of Track and Field

This article, which is based on original archival and press research, examines the origins of the Cold War from the perspective of sport in the post-war occupied zones of Germany. Both the western Allies and Soviet communist victors claimed that they wished to use sport to help establish ‘democracy’ in Germany. However, their conceptions of ‘democracy’ were diametrically opposed and each side used the sporting press to caricature and criticise the other. In the Soviet zone, sports reporting portrayed the West as elitist, professional in their ‘Taylorist’ methods and nationalist in outlook. Reversing their former hostility to the Olympic movement, the Soviet-controlled German sports press argued that only socialist sport could deliver true amateur ‘Olympic’ sport by democratising athletics for the masses. The occupying Allied powers made up of Britain, France and the United States were united in their rejection of unproven claims of Soviet superiority and denounced the ‘undemocratic’ controls imposed by the Soviets across Eastern Europe. The holding of the Olympic Games in London in the summer of 1948 as Cold War tensions increased provides a focus for these divergent views, throwing new light on the political role of the reporting of sport and of the sporting press in post-war Germany.

Paralympic sport: an emerging area for research and consultancy in sports biomechanics

The Paralympic Games are the pinnacle of sport for many athletes with a disability. The overall purpose of this paper is to highlight the role that the field of sports biomechanics specifically (and sports science in general) may play in improving performance in various summer Paralympic sports through research and consultancy. To achieve this broad aim, this review provides some history and background on the Summer Paralympic Games, discusses the eligibility and classification rules, describes the potential for the constraints-led approach of dynamical systems theory to inform practice and research in this area, and reviews selected studies examining the biomechanics of the primary forms of Paralympic locomotion. Some recommendations on how sports biomechanics can help facilitate improvements in Paralympic athletic performance through applied research and consultancy are provided, along with commentary on what may be some of the most important issues addressing Paralympic sport.

运动系统的复杂动力学探索( 一)——兼与茅鹏先生商榷

运动系统是非线性复杂系统,是以运动主体为核心建立在训练与竞技过程中的诸多因素的多样化统一。利用系统科学方法及生理学与心理学理论,对运动的一般原理与训练模式进行了研究,对运动训练中机体代谢、运动技能、心理系统作了复杂动力学的初步分析。指出运动中宏观模式的有序性,受役于相应子系统微观变量的协同作用。
