疫情防控下信息化在高校离退休服务中的应用——以南开大学离退休工作为例

2020年初,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全球,根据美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学统计数据显示:截至北京时间2020年11月7日,除中国外,全球181个国家和地区出现疫情,全球新冠肺炎疫情累计患者49513622人,死亡1242583人。并且,在进入2020年冬季以后,全球新冠肺炎疫情重新加剧,防控形势严峻。武汉地区2231例新型冠状病毒性肺炎死亡患者临床特征分析结果显示,60岁以上死亡患者1863例,占比高达83.51%。可见,60岁及以上的离退休人群是新冠肺炎高危人群,在疫情防控常态化下,做好该人群的服务工作对最终战胜新冠肺炎疫情有着重要作用。为避免离退休人群聚集而感染新冠肺炎,南开大学离退休工作部门充分运用信息化手段,开展了多项离退休服务工作内容。     

新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)核衣壳蛋白(N蛋白)的表达研究

截止2020年4月12日,全球感染新型冠状病毒人数已经达到170多万人,累计死亡人数达到10万多人。新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)核衣壳蛋白(N蛋白)是SARS-CoV-2IgM/IgG抗体快速检测试剂卡的核心原材料。文章优化了大肠杆菌中大量表达SARS-CoV-2 N蛋白的方法,为SARS-CoV-2 N蛋白的大规模生产奠定了基础,将为SARS-CoV-2抗体快速检测试剂的生产降低成本。     

新冠病毒核衣壳蛋白在大肠杆菌中表达降解的研究

截止2020年5月9日,全球感染新型冠状病毒人数已经达到370多万人,累计死亡人数达到26万多人。核衣壳蛋白(N蛋白)包裹新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)基因组RNA,也是血清抗体学检测的重要原材料之一。研究发现利用大肠杆菌表达纯化核衣壳蛋白时,N蛋白可以降解为大小为25KDa左右的肽段。本文为优化大肠杆菌中N蛋白表达纯化提供了优化条件,也为新冠病毒药物的开发提供了新的药物靶点。     

中国急诊科在新型冠状病毒肺炎筛查和诊断中的临床价值（英文）

目的:通过对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院急诊科筛查出的4例新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)病例进行分析,探讨急诊科在新冠肺炎精准筛查和诊断中的作用。创新点:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎的致病机制、传播方式和临床特征;总结急诊科医护人员的自身防护和诊断策略。方法:回顾性分析我院急诊科筛查出的4例新型冠状病毒肺炎病例,总结急诊科的临床价值。结论:在新冠肺炎的筛查和诊断体系中,中国急诊科发挥了不可替代的作用。急诊科医护人员应充分做好自身防护,对患者进行细致、耐心、谨慎地病史采集和全面的体格检查,并关注患者的心理状态,有效应用肺部计算机断层扫描(CT)、核酸检测等检测方法,做好新冠肺炎筛查工作。     

新冠肺炎疫情下学生居家学习状态的可视化分析

新冠肺炎疫情的暴发对学校学生产生了巨大的影响,本文针对学生在新冠肺炎疫情期间居家学习的现状进行了研究和分析。利用K-means聚类算法和数据可视化,从学生学习、生活、身心健康情况等多角度分析新冠肺炎疫情给学生带来的影响;通过分析中国政府应对新冠肺炎疫情相关的政策文本数据,提出新冠肺炎疫情期间确保学生正常接受教育的建议,为新冠肺炎疫情下学生的身心健康成长提供参考。

席卷全球的新冠肺炎疫情已经迫使一百多个国家的学校教育从线下转为线上。2020年3月,美国中小学也被迫开始线上教学。这种授课方式的改变无疑给教师和学生带来了极大的挑战。为准确把握新冠肺炎疫情下全美中小学学生线上学习需求,美国智库城市研究所使用美国社区调查数据,对5~17岁学习者的学习环境进行了评估,于2020年4月29日发布《把握新冠肺炎疫情下的学生需求——远程学习环境评估的视角》研究报告,并提出了相应对策。本刊特组织对该报告进行编译,以飨读者。     

新冠肺炎疫情与国际格局的转换

新冠肺炎疫情通过影响国际格局转换的诸多因素而促使国际格局的加速转换。其基本逻辑在于疫情首先冲击了国际格局转换的经济基础——全球经济体系及其生产和供应链,促使以美国为核心的全球格局的经济脆弱性尽显;其次促使大国力量对比逐步均衡化,基于各国抗疫能力所显现的软实力影响其在国际体系中的地位;进而推动国际政治博弈日渐显性化、国际抗疫合作两极化,以及全球安全的非传统化。新冠肺炎疫情的全球大流行需要安全的抗疫合作。基于当前新冠疫情对国际格局与全球安全的严重冲击,中美应始终秉持命运共同体意识进行抗疫合作才是唯一正确选择。

Social and Cultural Influence on Word Meaning

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. Therefore, social culture plays a key role in vocabulary learning and mastery of a language.

Where the Action Is: How Drama Contributes to the Art of the Teaching and Learning of English

This paper looks at the way drama works to bring a model of an arts curriculum into reality. He also shows how drama is valuable when discussed as a separate, autonomous subject in the school curriculum as opposed to one subsumed within English. He argues for a view of the arts and gives an example of a sequence of work in an English GCSE class based around Arthur Miller's play View from the Bridge. From this he draws out several strands about the relationship of the drama curriculum to the individual students and teachers, the school, and to culture. He also emphasises the primacy of performance in drama education.
