城中村改造解决公共租赁住房供应困境的探索

公共租赁住房是解决“夹心层”群体住房保障的重要举措,为加大“夹心层”群体的住房供应规模,减轻政府土地与财力等资源投入的负担,公共租赁住房的房源供应应坚持多元化原则,将城中村与园中村纳入公共租赁住房的房源供应体系．通过房源选择、实物配租、租金补贴等形式盘活整体改造的城中村的存量住房,解决公共租赁住房供应困境。     

网络控制系统实验设计

描述了一个网络控制系统实验的设计。该系统为局域网和Internet用户提供了一个开放的实验平台。实验平台内置了PID控制算法、广域预测控制算法，并自行开发一种新的网络控制算法，通过比较这些算法的控制效果，用户可以更好的认识网络控制系统；实验平台还提供了通用的C语言二次开发接口，为用户设计并验证各种网络控制算法提供了极大的方便。
