Using experimental method,software engineering,and mathematical statistics method,an information integration analysis platform for national canoeing team training was developed,which can complete athletes' basic information management,video analysis,multi-parameter synchronous integration,static information digital monitoring and other functions. Application of the platform was used to collect and analyze the training data such as set sail ,the way planning data,and boating in the process of real-time heart rate and heart rate variability characteristics ,and found that some athletes set sail out and into the water,the time difference is too large,sequential paddle was unreasonable;compared Chinese team with the German team,the effect of catching water is not good,paddle frequency control is poor,four athletes is imbalance among the level of technology;using heart rate variability may reflect racing data structure. Chinese canoe team training information integration analysis platform established to achieve canoe training in information acquisition,information integration and data multi-parameter fast feedback.  相似文献

Purpose:This study aimed to determine the accuracy of a 4 split time modelling method to generate velocity-time and velocity-distance variables in elite male 100-m sprinters and subsequently to assess the roles of key sprint parameters with respect to 100-m sprint performance.Additionally,this study aimed to assess the differences between faster and slower sprinters in key sprint variables that have not been assessed in previous work.Methods:Velocity-time and velocity-distance curves were generated using a mono-exponential function from 4 split times for 82 male sprinters during major athletics competitions.Key race variables-maximum velocity,the acceleration time constant(τ),and percentage of velocity lost(vLoss)-were derived for each athlete.Athletes were divided into tertiles,based on 100-m time,with the first and third tertiles considered to be the faster and slower groups,respectively,to facilitate further analysis.Results:Modelled split times and velocities displayed excellent accuracy and close agreement with raw measures(range of mean bias was-0.2%to 0.2%,and range of intraclass correlation coefficients(ICCs)was 0.935 to 0.999)except for 10-m time(mean bias was 1.6%±1.3%,and the ICC was 0.600).The 100-m sprint performance time and all 20-m split times had a significant near-perfect negative correlation with maximum velocity(r≥-0.90)except for the 0 to 20-m split time,where a significantly large negative correlation was found(r=-0.57).The faster group had a significantly higher maximum velocity andτ(p<0.001),and no significant difference was found for vLoss(p=0.085).Conclusion:Coaches and researchers are encouraged to utilize the 4 split time method proposed in the current study to assess several key race variables that describe a sprinter’s performance capacities,which can be subsequently used to further inform training.  相似文献

Background:Football is the most practised sport in the world and is associated with the risk of injuries in the players.Some studies have been published that identify injury prevention programs,but there is no review of the full body of evidence on injury prevention programs for use by football coaches.The aim of this article was to carry out a systematic review of published studies on injury prevention programs for adult male footballers,identify points of common understanding and establish recommendations that should be considered in the design of injury prevention strategies.Methods:PubMed and EMBASE databases were used to identify relevant published articles using the following keywords:"soccer"AND"injury"AND"prevention".Results:A total of 2512 studies were identified initially,but only 11 studies met the inclusion criteria,and their outcomes are presented.Results revealed that injury prevention programs in football have focused on strength training,proprioceptive training,multicomponent programs(balance,core stability,and functional strength and mobility),and warm-up programs.Conclusion:Based on results from the studies analyzed,football players can lower the incidence of match and training injuries by participating in dynamic warm-up programs that include preventive exercises before games or during training sessions,and by adding strength,balance,and mobility training to the training sessions.  相似文献

Background In many sports,athletes with low body weight and/or low body fat content have a distinct advantage over their opponents.Such an advantage can easily turn into a noticeable disadvantage because low body weight and 'leanness' may also be associated with health problems.Anorexia Athletica(AA) is associated with leanness and thinness in female and male sports athletes despite the fact that these athletes are often very successful.High-competitive athletes often restrict their caloric intake and/or increase their energy expenditure to maintain a low body mass and/or a low amount of body fat.Several metabolic and endocrine disturbances are often the result of prolonged energy restriction.These disturbances can be detected by alterations in the hormonal profile(low levels of leptin,increased levels of ghrelin) and in changes in body composition.  相似文献

Objective:To explore the relationship between strength,power and ballistic under different load conditions. Methods:Selected 22 students of physical education as test object,SJ test(Squad Jump Test)was completed by using 3-D force platform(Kistler)under three kinds of load(0%BW,30%BW,60%BW). Results:The correlation between strength and power under different load conditions is not conclusive,under the condition of 30%BW was the highest and reached a significant leve(lr=0.451,P<0.05),0%BW load conditions is the lowest correlation and not significant(r=0.383,P>0.05);cor- relation between the strength and speed of 0%BW and 30%BW loading conditions are relatively low and not significant (r0%BW=0.292;r30%BW=0.350),however,the relationship is relative higher under 60%BW conditions and significantly (r=0.501,P<0.05);there was a significant correlation between thepower and speed of three load (r0%BW=0.728;r30%bw=0.737;r60%BW=0.633). Conclusions:Force development simply does not necessarily improve the power and human body movement speed,which is to be influenced by external load;it is to be improved synchronization only in the high load training conditions.  相似文献

Purpose:We aimed to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of the effects of training to muscle failure or non-failure on muscular strength and hypertrophy.Methods:Meta-analyses of effect sizes(ESs)explored the effects of training to failure vs.non-failure on strength and hypertrophy.Subgroup meta-analyses explored potential moderating effects of variables such as training status(trained vs.untrained),training volume(volume equated vs.volume non-equated),body region(upper vs.lower),exercise selection(multi-vs.single-joint exercises(only for strength)),and study design(independent vs.dependent groups).Results:Fifteen studies were included in the review.All studies included young adults as participants.Meta-analysis indicated no significant difference between the training conditions for muscular strength(ES=-0.09,95%confidence interval(95%CI):-0.22 to 0.05)and for hypertrophy(ES=0.22,95%CI:-0.11 to 0.55).Subgroup analyses that stratified the studies according to body region,exercise selection,or study design showed no significant differences between training conditions.In studies that did not equate training volume between the groups,the analysis showed significant favoring of non-failure training on strength gains(ES=-0.32,95%CI:-0.57 to-0.07).In the subgroup analysis for resistance-trained individuals,the analysis showed a significant effect of training to failure for muscle hypertrophy(ES=0.15,95%CI:0.03-0.26).Conclusion:Training to muscle failure does not seem to be required for gains in strength and muscle size.However,training in this manner does not seem to have detrimental effects on these adaptations,either.More studies should be conducted among older adults and highly trained individuals to improve the generalizability of these findings.  相似文献

通过文献资料、访谈、问卷调查及数理统计等研究方法,从心理健康的积极方面探讨高校高水平运动员心理健康的结构特点,构建高校高水平运动员心理健康模型,在此基础上编制并检验量表.结果表明:目标与方向感、掌控环境、调控情绪、自我接纳、胜任感、自主性、自我表现,这7个维度能够很好地解释高校高水平运动员心理健康模型;经信效度检验,该模型内在质量理想,量表符合心理测量学要求,可以作为评价高校高水平运动员心理健康的有效工具.  相似文献

脑力、体力劳动者足底压力参数分布特征及评定   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过分析脑力、体力劳动者自然行走过程中峰力值(maxforce,MF)、达峰力值时间(time to max force)、冲量(impulse)等参数特征,探讨职业对足底压力分布的影响。采用比利时Footscan USB2平板式足底压测试系统对50名普通健康脑力劳动者和63名普通健康体力劳动者进行自然行走过程中动态足底压力测试。结果显示:脑力、体力劳动者左脚Toel、Toe2-5、Heel Lateral区域平均峰值(MF)存在显著性差异,右脚Mid foot、Meta5区域MF差异存在非常显著性(P〈0.01),左、右双足平均峰力值(MF)最大值均出现在足跟内侧(Heel Medial)。脑力、体力劳动者足底各区域达峰力值的时间(TMF),左右双足差异均存在非常显著性(P〈0.01)。脑力劳动者与体力劳动者行走过程中左足在Toel、Toe2-5、Meta1、Heel Medial、Heel Lateral区域的冲量(Impulse,IP),体力劳动者明显大于脑力劳动者且具有显著性差异〈0.01),体力劳动者与脑力劳动者的足底MF与足弓接触面积及足角度存在不同程度的相关。结果说明:脑力劳动者与体力劳动者行走过程中左右双足的平均峰力值、接触面积、冲量等参数都存在不同程度的差异,可能与长期从事的职业不同有关,建议经常进行体育锻炼或定制矫形鞋垫,可以缓解足底压力高压区的过度集中,不断维护足健康水平。  相似文献

“同意”原则是个人数据处理的基本规则,体现在各国数据保护立法和国际性文件中,也被国际体育组织所遵循,背后体现数据自决而非他决的理念。但是运动员特殊的身份属性导致其难以控制和支配个人数据,在与体育组织博弈中的非平等协商地位也导致其难以就数据处理作出自由有效的同意,同时“同意”原则一定程度上也阻碍体育大数据等新兴产业的发展。运动员的数据保护需要突破传统“同意”模式,构建数据处理中“同意”原则的否弃机制,引入平衡测试和数据访问权、被遗忘权,使数据处理者的行为规范更具合理性。  相似文献
